...what the hell did you just do to the wheels, Mike? Snakeskin wrap? I'll be surprised if they make any money back (don't spoil it).
Edd's ideas, on the other hand, are pretty sound though.

To be honest, I would leave the paint alone since it looked pretty darn clean with the Mazdaspeed bodykit. I would also convert it to a trouble-free single turbine to reduce weight and complexity up front.

Mhmm, I agree with you about the single turbo mod, but I doubt they'd be able to do it properly with their limited budget.

No spend money on silly vinyl wraps and orange paint = spend money on single turbo conversion and shoot for 400+ whp.

Gotcha, that's fair. Plus, the stock turbos can be sold for parts too. Maybe not for much, but money to budget is never a bad thing.

Some FD RX-7 owners might want to restore their modified and abused cars back to a more stock condition and finding a working and complete original sequential-turbo setup would be worth a pretty penny.

I think it is all in the name of revenue. Showcasing a weird process had to bring in some bucks. Why else would they do it and spend so much time showing the process. Yeah, I saw that episode.

Yeah, I can see what you're getting at. To be fair, the process is cool. I just think the design wasn't.

Agree with you on that. The design was "tacky"?

Tacky is being nice. It looked like shit.
